Spring 2021

Despite the challenges of COVID, the chapter rushed strong and is up to 58 members, including 12 spring pledges and 17 total freshman. Kay Ooladeji is the new Grand Master for the coming year. Curtis Lee is the Grand Procurator. Jonny Wu is the Grand Treasurer.

A fundraiser for Cassi and her family was incredibly successful, raising over $14,000. All plans are for her, and the meal plan, to return in the fall.

Campus Housing is reorganizing the lease arrangements and setting it up so each individual will be responsible for their boarding, rather than the house as a whole. Details are still in flux, but questions surround social events as well as whether the quad will be ‘dry.’ Next academic year will be a trial run for the new system.

In recognition of the challenges of this academic year, a portion of the Kennedy - McCall Gant - Grieco Scholarship was awarded to all active undergraduate members.
